“The decision to engage in therapy takes courage, and it can be the first step in creating the life you want to live. I strive to co-create an open and safe environment in which you are encouraged to experiment with new behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. I am an engaged, potent, and results-oriented therapist. I am ready to accompany and support you through the twists and turns of the therapeutic process. I want to help you create a meaningful life in which you have a sense of empowerment.
I view therapy as a way to help people understand and resolve the problems causing emotional distress in our lives. I am also a veteran interested in helping other veterans resolve trauma and other transitional issues that are particular to those who have served in the military. During the COVID-19 outbreak, StressCare is offering video and telephone sessions.”
