Are you current accepting new patients?

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurances. We will schedule your appointment and call your insurance company to verify your benefits. If there are any issues with your insurance coverage, we will call to inform you. Please check here to see if your insurance is listed. If you don’t see your insurance please go ahead and give us a call at 419-531-3500. This information does change from time to time and we can give you the most up to date info.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We can generally schedule an appointment within two weeks. If your situation is urgent we will respond accordingly. Sometimes our response time depends on your insurance and the services you request. Your insurance may restrict us to only certain providers. Importantly, we maintain and actively monitor our cancellation list and will contact you to move up your appointment.
Do you see children and adolescents?
Yes, we have therapists who provide services to children beginning at age 6.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
Most of the time a referral is not needed. Rarely, depending on your insurance, there are times when a referral is needed. Please call us at 419-531-3500 and our office staff will be happy to assist in answering this question.
